TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our Products

  • All of our products in the shop are PRE-ORDER items. Production will begin after the end of the pre-order period, and is expected to take a minimum of 3-4 months.
  • Any production updates or delays will be communicated via our social media accounts.
  • All images in the graphics are mock-ups and may not be representative of the final product.

Shipping

 

  • Physical merch will all be shipped from the UK. 
  • Orders may take up to 6 weeks longer than usual to arrive, due to extended international postal issues/ strikes. 
  • We aim to ship to all destinations, however some international destinations are unavailable as shipping locations. We apologise for any inconvenience.
  • This is a PRE-ORDER store. Shipping is currently expected to take place August - September 2025. Follow our social media for updates. 
  • At the beginning of our shipping period, all customers will receive an Address Change Form via email. Customers who change their address but do not fill out this form, or fill out the wrong address, will be responsible for any cost of redelivery required.
  • All physical orders will be shipped with tracking. However, please note that full tracking (end to end) is not available for every country. Please contact us if you would like to know more.

Added Tax and Customs

Import tax, value-added tax (VAT), and other customs fees are not included in the cost listed on Bigcartel. Any additional charges resulting from import tax will be paid by the customer after the arrival of your package.

Please make sure that you fill out your address accurately. This will reduce the chances of customs rejecting your package or your package being lost.

Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Goods

 

  • Physical merch will be packed as carefully as possible. We aim to keep your order in the best condition, however, we cannot control any damage that may occur during transit. 
  • If you find that your physical order has received damage upon arrival, we can try to replace damaged items depending on the leftover stock available. However, the buyer will have to pay the additional shipping costs this would result in. 
  • We cannot offer monetary refunds for lost or damaged goods. 
  • The team at Quirks and Scribbles are not liable for any damages that occur to our product once they have been removed from their packaging.

Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

 

  • Refunds will only be available until the end of the project's pre-order period. Once the pre-order period has ended, we cannot offer any refunds. 
  • No exchanges or returns will be accepted. 
  • If you would like to cancel your order, adjust your order, or switch to a different bundle, this too must be done before pre-orders end. If this is something you would like to do, please contact us with:
    • The name you provided for your order
    • The order number
  • If you have made an error when making your purchase, or you have to change important information (for example, your address) please contact us with:
    • The name you provided for your order
    • The order number
    • The error made and what the correct information should be. 

In all cases, the mod team reserves the right to accept or deny requests for refunds, returns, or replacements at our discretion.

Should the physical merch be unable to be delivered to you due to incorrect information given, the mod team is not liable for the undelivered/returned package and will sadly be unable to give a refund or replacement.
